Univision Chicago presents ‘a guide to civic engagement’ during Chicago Ideas Week
Emmy Award–Winning Journalist and member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalist, Carolina Sarassa, Father Manuel Dorantes, and community organizer Erendira Rendon will lead a conversation of how community members can get civically engaged to create change in their neighborhoods.
The conversation, presented by Univision Chicago and The Chicago Community Trust, will be all in Spanish and it will focus on discussing the increase of activism in the Latino communities and how members of the community are challenging institutions.
